30 day return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after the delivery date of the order to refund the original payment method, less freight. If the order is returned, any freight paid will not be refunded. You must pay the return freight. The goods must be unused or in a new state, only the original packaging is intact! Therefore, it must be returned in original, unsealed and unopened packaging for refund. All goods will be inspected at the time of return, and any goods in improper condition will be returned to you (or at our discretion at an additional charge). mekaep is not responsible for paying duties, taxes and duties. Wrong or defective items received

We apologize if we ship the wrong or defective items. This is very unusual. We hope to solve this problem for you as soon as possible. We will refund the full cost and freight of the goods, or send the replacement parts as soon as possible. We will refund or pay the full cost of goods and freight.

You must return the goods in the same status as the goods received within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, we will bear the freight.
